Abstract

[Extrait] La crise de la Covid19 a mis en évidence la dépendance des pays industriels anciens en matière de biens fondamentaux. Cette perte de souveraineté industrielle, inacceptable d'un point de vue politique, amène à un renouveau des politiques industrielles aux USA et en Europe. Désormais, la guerre de leadership entre les États-Unis et la Chine passe par l'écriture de politiques industrielles nationales : « Made in China » versus «America first / America GreatAgain ». Côté énergétique le délabrement de la filière nucléaire française appelle à une mise à plat des responsabilités et à une politique industrielle de restauration de la souveraineté énergétique. Enfin les enjeux environnementaux mettent l'Union européenne face au piège du « pacte vert » lorsque l'industrie automobile allemande se rebiffe contre la Commission obligeant le commissaire européen au marché intérieur (Thierry Breton) à monter en première ligne.
