Abstract

Ce chapitre propose une réflexion sur l'agentivité africaine en management à travers la philosophie de l'Ubuntu. Il explore deux cas de réseaux de femmes togolaises. Ces femmes, homo communautarius, manifestent naturellement du soutien, de l'entraide et de la compassion envers les autres. La première richesse de l'Africain constitue sa communauté, notamment les personnes qui l'entourent.
