Abstract

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le changement climatique, la rénovation de nos logements apparait comme un choix prioritaire. En effet, les bâtiments représentent 36% des émissions de gaz à effets de serre liées à l'énergie. Aussi, ce n'est plus le bien-fondé des politiques de rénovation, vantées depuis la fin des années 1970, qui interroge, mais leur mise en œuvre et leur impact. La France propose différentes mesures pour inciter les ménages à investir et développer la filière de la rénovation énergétique. Cette ambitieuse politique industrielle a-t-elle le succès escompté ? En particulier, quel est l'impact du dispositif phare des Certificats d'Économie d'Energie ? Dans ce podcast de la planète en transition, nous vous proposons d'évaluer les retombées de cette politique en termes d'économies d'énergie et d'émissions de gaz à effet de serre, mais aussi de créations d'emploi.
