Abstract

Notre communication présente un enseignement dédié à la culture de la sécurité et mettant en oeuvre une plateforme de simulation aéronautique. Réalisé au 2nd semestre de l'année universitaire 2023-2024, ce cours concerne une classe de BUT 3 Hygiène, sécurité, environnement. Dans le cadre des journées MACCA Management, ce retour d'expérience est particulièrement intéressant puisqu'il rend compte d'une diffusion réussie d'un dispositif pédagogique imaginée initialement dans le cadre d'enseignements de gestion au sein d'une école universitaire de management. Il démontre également la force de la vulgarisation scientifique puisque l'équipe projet s'est appuyée sur trois articles de présentation du projet FlighTeam parus dans le magazine grand public Micro Simulateur (Lépinard, 2022 ; Brahami et al., 2023 ; Lépinard et al., 2024).
