Abstract

Nombre d'entreprises font face à des pressions sociétales qui menacent leur viabilité économique et les obligent à se réinventer. La création de business models hybrides apporte une solution pour répondre aux attentes exprimées par un environnement unique. Mais qu'en est-il d'entreprises confrontées à des environnements différenciés~? Cet article vise à comprendre la façon dont on peut s'adapter à plusieurs environnements en développant un portefeuille hybride de business models. À partir d'une étude de cas, nous montrons l'apport de ce nouvel outil pour adapter et transformer les activités des entreprises évoluant sur différents marchés.
