Abstract

Concevoir et lancer une communauté sont des activités difficiles à mettre en œuvre et qui demandent de se poser un ensemble de questions pour réussir. En effet, une communauté est un groupe social complexe qui met du temps à se constituer et qui est fragile dans ses premières étapes de vie. Un leader qui souhaite lancer une communauté n'est jamais assuré du futur succès de son projet. La mise en place d'une communauté ne se décrète pas. Les participants ne sont pas toujours au rendez-vous pour s'y impliquer et il se peut que les connaissances et les idées de la communauté ne soient pas alignées avec les orientations stratégiques d'une organisation. D'où l'idée d'outiller le concepteur avec un canevas de communauté qui peut servir à la fois pour concevoir une future communauté mais aussi pour faire un audit de l'existant.
