Abstract

Les organisations se sont progressivement structurées au XXe siècle vers les formes de coordination actuelles : entrepreneuriale, bureaucratique, multidivisionnelle, matricielle, ou par projet. Toutes ces formes d'organisations développent des dispositifs spécifiques de division du travail avec des rôles, des responsabilités et des modes de coordination pour mener collectivement des actions. Elles supposent donc le développement de règles et de procédures de contrôle plus ou moins formelles pour organiser l'action et assurer sa bonne réalisation en rapport avec les objectifs de l'organisation.
