Abstract

Ce chapitre fournit une échelle de mesure de la capacité créative d'une organisation. Zeinab Sheet, Florence Jeannot et Guy Parmentier proposent une échelle en cinq dimensions (socialisation des idées, marge de manœuvre, équipement créatif, gestion des idées, ouverture externe et agilité organisationnelle) qui agit sur le résultat créatif. L'échelle est une échelle réflexive de deuxième ordre, avec quatre variables de contrôle : la sécurité psychologique, l'ambiance de travail, la diversité des équipes projet et la désirabilité sociale.
