Innover avec une communauté en ligne : les cas de Yoomaneo et EDF Pulse and You

Abstract

Dans le chapitre 8, Zoé Masson et Guy Parmentier nous permettent d'étudier deux communautés d'innovation en ligne. D'une part, la communauté Yoomaneo a été créée par une agence d'innovation réalisant des études utilisateurs pour baisser les coûts et améliorer la qualité des insights, idées et connaissances collectés. D'autre part, la communauté EDF Pulse and You a été créée par une grande société de production et distribution d'énergie pour développer un lien privilégié avec ses clients, détecter de nouvelles tendances et cocréer de nouvelles offres. Au travers de leur étude, Zoé Masson et Guy Parmentier pointent tout d'abord les bénéfices à innover avec des communautés d'innovation en ligne : multiplier les études (car les plateformes per- mettent de collecter de précieuses informations à moindre coût), élargir le spectre des études d'innovation qui associent désormais les utilisateurs et clients à toutes les phases du processus d'innovation, etc. Aussi, au travers de ce chapitre et de son approche par les plateformes en ligne (et leurs caractéristiques), les auteurs montrent que les CIL pourraient inciter les organisations à s'ouvrir davantage, puisqu'elles en verraient directement le bénéfice : mieux innover, et plus rapidement. En d'autres termes, Zoé Masson et Guy Parmentier montrent en quoi les communautés constituent bien un apport important pour soutenir les capacités créatives d'une organisation.
