Abstract

Blanche Segrestin et Armand Hatchuel ont relancé il y a quelques années la réflexion sur la théorie de la firme autour de l'entreprise à mission (Segrestin & Hatchuel, 2012 ; Dumez, 2012). Chose rare (voire exceptionnelle), leurs recherches ont mené au vote d'une loi qui a introduit en droit français une nouvelle forme d'entreprise (loi PACTE du 22 mai 2019). Nombre de firmes ont, à la suite de cette loi, adopté le statut d'entreprise à mission. Ce changement entraîne une évolution des pratiques de gestion (Levillain et al., 2014). Peut-on voir ces nouvelles pratiques comme une forme de retour à une approche de la gestion qui a été centrale à une certaine époque de notre histoire, et a disparu au moment où s'amorçait la révolution industrielle ?
