Abstract

Nous avons vécu ces dernières semaines des moments importants de notre démocratie, avec l'organisation des élections européennes et législatives. Si certains expliquent les résultats de ces élections par la nature des politiques menées, au niveau français ou européen, que cela soit en matière de sécurité, d'emploi, d'immigration, de politique sociale ou encore de pouvoir d'achat, d'autres mobilisent l'état de notre gouvernance publique comme facteur explicatif . Dans ce dernier sens, plusieurs dysfonctionnements actuels des modes de coopération entre acteurs publics, en particulier les élus et les citoyens, pourraient être à l'origine d'une volonté de changement par les électeurs.
