Abstract

Cet article permet de comprendre la façon dont le vendeur dans les multinationales de l'agroalimentaire, aujourd'hui pointées du doigt, gère le conflit inter organisationnel et l'hypocrisie managériale perçue de son client. Étant le seul à connaître bien les deux partis, il comprend « comment les stratégies des clients interagissent avec les stratégies de leur propre organisation » (Arnett et Wittmann, 2014) et peut contribuer par des pratiques communautaires à la résolution de conflits .Si l' empowerment doit déboucher sur l'action pour résoudre les problèmes il doit aussi avoir pour finalité des changements sociaux (Ninacs , 2006). L'empowerment communautaire qui est intimement lié à un nombre plus élevé d'énoncés relatifs à l'animation de la communauté et au sentiment d'appartenance au groupe (Bourhis et Tremblay, 2004; Wenger et al, 2002) est une réponse à l' hypocrisie managériale.
