Abstract

Management through organizational disorder, far from being a dysfunction, can become an effective strategy for companies operating in uncertain environments. By fostering flexibility and adaptability, it enables quick responses to unforeseen events, encourages creativity, and breaks down silos to stimulate spontaneous collaboration. This model empowers employees, reduces bureaucratic costs, and enhances team engagement. Companies like tech startups, Zappos, and Lego have demonstrated how a flexible hierarchy and clear objectives, combined with a strong culture, can transform chaos into a competitive advantage. However, excessive disorder can lead to risks such as loss of control or decision fatigue. Success therefore lies in achieving a delicate balance between stability and agility, where disorder is carefully managed to maximize innovation and resilience.
