Abstract

L'accroissement des injonctions à un développement économique plus respectueux de l'environnement, limitant les pollutions et le réchauffement climatique, amène à un changement de paradigme du management des organisations. Bouleversées par les transformations et transitions numériques de nos sociétés, elles doivent endogénéiser la convergence de problématiques en apparence opposées : utiliser les technologies numériques pour gagner en efficacités ou efficiences organisationnelles (informatisation et numérisation des activités) et en limiter l'usage pour en réduire ou contenir l'empreinte écologique associée (énergétique, responsabilité quant aux ressources employées).
