Abstract

La littérature autour de l' "effet de certification" quantifie l'effet du signal qu'une entreprise envoie aux investisseurs grâce à l'obtention d'un financement public. Cette communication revient sur l'émergence de ce concept dans l'évaluation des politiques publiques de soutien aux PME et à l'innovation, puis propose une revue de littérature des quantifications les plus récentes et les plus abouties de cet effet. Nous ouvrons enfin la discussions sur la manière de prendre en compte ces résultats dans une démarche institutionnaliste attentive au pouvoir de valorisation particulier des organisations publiques.
