Abstract

Les manifestations des agriculteurs français en janvier 2024 débouchent sur des décisions politiques qui confortent un modèle agro-industriel et mettent à mal une transformation du système alimentaire rendue urgente par l'ampleur des crises sanitaire, environnementale et économique. Pour dépasser les blocages nés d'une triple déconnexion, spatiale, temporelle et narrative, il est proposé la construction de systèmes alimentaires territorialisés durables s'appuyant sur la création de nouvelles entreprises rurales multifonctionnelles.
