Abstract

Dieser Artikel untersucht das Spannungsfeld zwischen einem allgemeinen Regelwerk und einer nach Alterskategorien (Kinder, Jugendliche, Senioren) gegliederten staatlichen Politik in den Gesundheitszentren. Auf der Grundlage administrativer Daten der Gesundheitszentren identifizieren wir eine starke Aufwertung der Seniorenpflege durch Preisanreize. Abhängig vom Profil des Pflegepersonals und den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen in ihrer Region, richten die Pflegeteams innerhalb der Einrichtungen die angebotenen Tätigkeiten auf Aufgaben im Bereich der öffentlichen Gesundheit aus, die dem Alter der Patienten entsprechen. Die qualitative Studie befasst sich daher mit der Frage, wie diese differenzierten Patientengruppen die Berufspraxis und die Arbeit des Pflegepersonals verändern.
