Abstract

La disparité des écarts de salaires entre les hommes et les femmes parmi les organisations sans but lucratif (OSBL) a été peu étudiée. Cet article a pour objectif d'examiner s'il existe dans les associations françaises une relation entre cet écart et la part des financements publics dans leurs ressources monétaires. Il repose sur une analyse quantitative de données obtenues par appariement de deux sources : l'enquête de l'INSEE « Situation des associations en 2018 » et la base tous salariés (BTS) concernant la même année. Les résultats obtenus sur près de 600 000 emplois du domaine sanitaire et social montrent que les écarts salariaux hommes-femmes sont plus faibles dans les associations ayant une part de financement public important. Ce résultat ne traduit cependant pas un salaire féminin plus élevé dans ces dernières mais un salaire masculin plus faible.
