Abstract

This paper presents research into the social construction of representations of climate change issues by brevet de technicien supérieur students in agricultural education. It focuses on the dissemination and circulation of knowledge about climate change within the student community, and the role that students can play in this. Our results show that students in agricultural education are active relays in the dissemination and circulation of knowledge in the school environment and in their living environment. In the latter social sphere, they are particularly active in relaying knowledge and even helping to inaugurate innovative practices to combat climate change.
