Abstract

Les dispositifs collectifs sont généralement considérés dans la littérature comme un moyen pertinent d'encourager l'action responsable dans les petites organisations. Peu de travaux se sont néanmoins intéressés aux facteurs qui favorisent ou limitent leurs effets positifs. Cette recherche se donne ainsi pour objectif de déterminer par quels mécanismes, et dans quelles conditions, les dispositifs collectifs peuvent développer le pouvoir d'agir des dirigeants de TPE en matière de transition écologique. A cette fin, une approche par les capabilités est mobilisée au travers d'une étude de cas multiples impliquant 12 collectifs agroécologiques et 80 acteurs en Occitanie.
