Abstract

Gestion du patrimoine immobilier publicYoann QUEYROI Représentant l'ensemble des moyens physiques, constructions, ouvrages, fonciers, immeubles, supportant la réalisation d'activités (Bonetto et Sauce, 2006), le patrimoine immobilier est devenu un enjeu de plus en plus sensible pour les organisations publiques. Elles l'envisagent comme source de marges de manoeuvres financières importantes, cherchent à le valoriser, mais aussi l'envisagent comme un levier d'adaptation du service public aux exigences des usagers en matière de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement. De ce fait, deux logiques complémentaires, à savoir instrumentale et organisationnelle, paraissent au coeur de la gestion patrimoniale publique.
