Abstract

Les nouvelles formes d'organisation des espaces de travail (open space, hot-desking, bureaux modulables et cloisons mobiles, etc.), les nouveaux lieux de travail en dehors des organisations (domicile, tiers-lieux, coworking, etc.) et l'incidence de ces changements sur la vie sociale des individus, leur performance et leur bien-être ; L'impact sur le management d'équipes partiellement ou entièrement à distance ; Les nouvelles fonctions des espaces de travail au sein des organisations (lieux de production versus lieux de socialisation) ; L'appropriation et l'usage de ces nouvelles spatialités du travail par les individus. Nous encourageons particulièrement les propositions qui cherchent à faire dialoguer les approches matérielles et idéelles/symboliques de la spatialité du travail, un champ d'étude encore parcellaire en francophonie
