Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de mieux appréhender les contours de la Responsabilité Numérique des Entreprises (RNE). Ce concept émergent est souvent associé à la Responsabilité Sociale des Entreprises (RSE) mais l'évolution numérique et une prise de conscience des décideurs politiques modifient cette approche initiale. La nature du droit applicable doit aussi être discutée : si la RSE avait comme fondement les principes de soft law, la RNE semble se fonder sur des règles de hard law. Enfin, il convient de noter que la place du manager est centrale dans cette évolution.
