Abstract

Cette recherche s'intéresse aux comportements individuels de salariés croyants et à leur attachement au principe de liberté religieuse dans l'emploi. Elle traite de situations professionnelles autour du fait religieux porteuses de tensions entre les salariés croyants et le management de l'entreprise. En centrant notre recherche sur l'expression des convictions religieuses en contexte professionnel français, nous répondons au besoin d'une recherche encastrée dans un contexte social, économique et politique. Ce faisant, nous mettons en évidence quatre postures adoptées par les salariés croyants vis-à-vis de leur identité religieuse en situation de travail : la manifestation, la distanciation, l'invisibilisation et la revendication.
