Abstract

La réforme de la comptabilisation de l'aide publique au développement (APD) mise en oeuvre à partir de 2018, conjuguée à la création du Total Official Support for Sustainable Development (TOSSD), représente une amélioration substantielle du suivi du financement du développement. Sur certains aspects, elle reste cependant au milieu du gué, et des marges de progrès demeurent.
