Abstract

Accelerated course on social media marketing (SMM), designed to turn content into audience engagement and conversions. Structured in four chapters, it starts with the fundamentals of SMM and creating engaging content tailored to specific platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). The course then explores storytelling, optimizing reach (organic, sponsored, and collaborative), and measuring KPIs (key performance indicators) to analyze campaign impact. Finally, it addresses conversion strategies through advanced techniques, including retargeting and optimized CTAs (calls-to-action), with guidance on maximizing the results of each campaign.
