Abstract

Ouvrage labellisé FNEGE (2024), catégorie "Ouvrage de Recherche Collectif"Le domaine du contrôle de gestion et les recherches qui en rendent compte ont beaucoup évolué : il ne s'agit plus uniquement d'appréhender le contrôle de gestion comme une démarche économique d'optimisation à l'intérieur des entreprises.D'une part, la mesure de la performance est partout. Le pilotage de la performance, démarche fondamentale du contrôle de gestion, se déploie bien au-delà des frontières des organisations. D'autre part, à l'heure du dérèglement climatique, des scandales éthiques ou de la quête vers plus de diversité dans nos collectifs, le caractère multidimensionnel de la performance ne fait plus de doute. L'objet du contrôle de gestion, la performance, s'est donc complexifié.Ce travail collectif de recherche vise à rendre compte, de manière réflexive, de l'extension du contrôle de gestion dans son périmètre d'intervention et dans ses objets.
