Abstract

Au regard du mouvement de réaffirmation de la loi de 1905, cette étude exploratoire examine la manière avec laquelle les managers publics s'approprient ou se réapproprient le statut du fonctionnaire, comme outil de gestion incarnant le principe de Laïcité.
