Abstract

Les grand challenges, faisant notamment référence aux grands défis rencontrés par l'Humanité (changement climatique, effondrement de la biodiversité, pauvreté), constituent une notion utilisée de manière croissante dans la recherche en management. Cette communication propose une cartographie de cette littérature, en s'appuyant sur des analyses bibliométriques réalisées avec le logiciel VOSviewer. Elle identifie les différents courants de recherche et leur dynamique. La communication caractérise la nature des grand challenges étudiés et leurs liens avec les théories du management stratégique. De nombreuses voies de recherche apparaissent comme devant être explorées, tant au niveau des grand challenges abordés que des cadres théoriques mobilisés.
