Abstract

Cet article propose l'étude empirique de retours d'expériences de managers, leaders et étudiants en management et de l'usage de deux outils d'IA Coaching sur le sujet du développement des compétences de leaders et futurs leaders en situation de travail et de formation. En mobilisant une analyse thématique réflexive et la théorie de l'activité, notre étude propose le concept d'augmentation des compétences pour aider les responsables RH et de la formation à appréhender et aborder l'IA pour le développement des compétences, des leaders et futurs leaders dans les organisations.
