Abstract

L'entrepreneuriat, autrefois défini par des pratiques d'affaire, évolue vers un phénomène socialement célébré, incitant à une reconsidération de son essence. S'inspirant des perspectives féministes, cet article propose de dépasser la vision économique traditionnelle pour concevoir l'entrepreneuriat comme une activité sociale. La focalisation sur le modèle entrepreneurial traditionnel néglige les dimensions identitaires, phénoménologiques et les relations de pouvoir. L'étude qualitative menée auprès de 25 étudiant·es entrepreneur·es révèle des tensions identitaires importantes liées au genre. Cette analyse souligne la nécessité de repenser l'accompagnement entrepreneurial pour mieux répondre aux réalités des entrepreneurs en herbe, en particulier en matière d'identité et de genre.
