Abstract

En 2011, les cinq grands de l'aviation européenne (Airbus, Dassault, EADS, Safran et Thales) décident de déployer une plateforme commune (BoostAeroSpace) à toute l'industrie aérospatiale européenne pour faciliter les relations avec leurs partenaires industriels et plus globalement pour coordonner les acteurs de leur Supply Chain (SC) (Figure 1). Depuis cette date, ce système n'a cessé d'évoluer pour prendre en charge de nombreux processus inter-organisationnels, notamment ceux liés au Supply Chain Management (SCM), comme par exemple la Gestion Partagée des Approvisionnements (GPA). Le cas porte plus particulièrement sur les pratiques de SCM des activités avioniques de Thales.
