Abstract

L'innovation anime le cœur de l'actualité des sciences de gestion et de la Société en général. Que ce soit la nature de l'innovation, ses impacts ou encore ses conditions de réalisation, un consensus se dégage sur le fait qu'il s'agit d'un levier pour assurer le développement de l'organisation (publique, privée ou associative). Si elle est étudiée dans un grand nombre de structures, la littérature sur l'innovation dans les cabinets médicaux est très peu fournie. Cette communication constitue ainsi une recherche sur une forme organisationnelle peu étudiée par la littérature en sciences de gestion. En effet, le fonctionnement des SELARL et la spécificité de la médecine de ville sont étudiés en droit et en sociologie, mais peu en tant qu'objet de recherche. Comment se construit l'innovation au sein des cabinets médicaux ? Pourquoi est-elle peu répandue dans la littérature ? Est-ce par désintérêt de la part des médecins libéraux sur la question de l'innovation dans leurs structures ? Cette communication, basée sur une recherche-intervention, a pour objectif d'étudier le processus d'innovation déployé par un cabinet de cardiologie.
