Abstract

Cette communication a pour objet d'étudier le fonctionnement des cabinets médicaux d'exercice libéral d'après l'analyse des dysfonctionnements organisationnels et managériaux réalisée auprès d'un groupe de cinq cabinets médicaux. La recherche-intervention présente les grandes caractéristiques du pilotage des activités et des personnes opéré par les médecins libéraux. L'objectif de la recherche est de mettre en évidence le rôle clé de management opérationnel des médecins, à la fois au niveau des activités et des personnes ainsi que de management stratégique du cabinet.
