Abstract

La digitalisation transforme progressivement tous les secteurs de l'économie, et l'immobilier n'échappe pas à cette révolution. Les métiers de la commercialisation immobilière ont vu émerger de nouveaux outils, technologies et plateformes qui modifient en profondeur la manière dont les professionnels interagissent avec leurs clients, gèrent les transactions et commercialisent les biens. Cependant, cette mutation soulève également des questions sur l'efficacité de ces technologies et leur impact à long terme sur les pratiques traditionnelles. Ce Zoom recherche propose une analyse approfondie de cette transformation, en explorant les principaux axes d'évolution, les opportunités, les défis et les obstacles potentiels posés par la digitalisation dans le secteur de la commercialisation immobilière.
