Abstract

Anchoring the social and ecological sustainability in businesses remains crucial, both in post-Covid practices and in research. The adaptability of an alter-entrepreneur and the commitment of ethical alter-entrepreneurship are put to the test by antagonistic tensions, subject to intercommunication and to interaction with complex ecosystems supporting the sustainable transformations. This theoretical illustrated study adopts an interdisciplinary approach, juxtaposing the concept of alter-entrepreneurship with organising and instituting communication and asks what communicative acts and actions in the multifaceted and complex context of alter-entrepreneurship contribute to its realisation ?
