L’accompagnement au changement dans les pratiques de mobilité

Abstract

Depuis la loi de la Transition énergétique de 2015 et la loi d'orientation des mobilités de 2019, les entreprises de plus de 100 salariés ont l'obligation de disposer d'un plan de déplacement qui vise à diminuer l'empreinte carbone de tous les déplacements qu'elles engendrent, dont la mobilité de leurs salariés. Mais peu d'entre elles savent comment le construire et comment le mettre en œuvre efficacement. Ces deux points sont au cœur de ce cas, le seul plan de déplacement étant insuffisant pour entrainer des changements de comportement et un accompagnement à son adhésion indispensable à son succès.
