Abstract

Souvent, via leurs produits et services, les entreprises ciblent des utilisateurs ayant des capacités, des revenus et un mode de vie standards, oubliant des pans entiers de la population. L'innovation inclusive cible les publics exclus de l'innovation (personnes en situation de handicap ou de précarité, personnes âgées, etc.) et répond à leurs besoins en les impliquant dans le processus de conception de l'innovation. La démarche d'innovation inclusive n'est cependant pas une démarche réservée aux publics exclus. Ces publics étant bien souvent des utilisateurs extrêmes, ils révèlent des besoins latents chez le grand public et permettent d'améliorer le confort d'usage pour tous.
