Abstract

Our thesis in socio-economic management deals with the involvement of employees in strategic practices in small and medium-sized companies. Our research is based on theoretical sources but also on an appropriate research field: an accounting firm. Unfamiliar with management and without a formalized strategy, the work we are doing for this firm is similar to that of an internal consultant. The socio-economic diagnosis carried out during the first six months of our thesis allows us to observe qualitative and quantitative results. We intend to develop them thanks to the implementation of work groups with all the collaborators of the firm, as well as by a work with the partners of the firm on the creation and the implementation of their strategy.
