Abstract
Abstract Digitalization has significantly transformed supply chain management and e-logistics, leading to profound changes in business operations and strategies. This literature review examines the impact of digitalization on these essential areas of modern logistics. The objective of this research is to analyze current trends and future perspectives of digitalization in the context of supply chain management and e-logistics. The problem lies in the need for companies to rapidly adapt to technological advancements in order to maintain their competitiveness. The objectives of this review are to identify the main digital technologies used in supply chain management and e-logistics, to understand their impact on operational efficiency, visibility, agility and sustainability, and finally to assess how these trends are shaping the future of global logistics. To achieve these objectives, a research methodology based on the analysis of existing literature was used. The sources include scientific articles, industry reports and case studies. The analysis highlights the growing adoption of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain and process automation. These technologies have significantly improved product traceability, real-time inventory management, demand forecasting and strategic decision-making. Keywords : Digitalization, supply chain, e-logistics, trends, perspectives.
