Abstract

L'édition 2024 de L'État du management propose un panorama varié des recherches du laboratoire Dauphine Recherches en Management (DRM).Elle mène des réflexions autour de la sobriété (dans l'industrie de la mode) ou de l'évaluation de la durabilité des organisations (ici dans sa dimension sociale). Elle approfondit également des préoccupations managériales classiques (dispositifs de contrôle, pratiques de consommation, transformations des métiers, transformations de l'industrie, légitimité de l'organisation) auxquelles l'actualité donne une acuité particulière : scandale Orpea, controverse autour de la mode pudique, nouvelles régulations européennes sur les activités publicitaires, arrivée de l'IA dans les métiers de l'audit, par exemple.Une synthèse de la vie des affaires (octobre 2022- septembre 2023) complète cette édition.
