Abstract

Hidéko Oikawa a pris la direction de l'entreprise OIKAWA DENIM au décès de son mari. Lors de la gestion de cette entreprise, elle a été confrontée à la crise économique qu'a subi le Japon à la fin du 20ème siècle, avec l'éclatement de la bulle spéculative ; et au tremblement de terre de 2011. Le cas retrace la manière dont cette femme dirigeante a réagi, entourée et soutenue par ses employés et ses trois enfants. L'histoire montre aussi comment elle passe le flambeau, de manière progressive à son fils cadet.
