Abstract

En interrogeant divers documents historiques de Boimondau, nous mettons en avant certaines des particularités organisationnelles des communautés de travail tout en donnant une première mesure de leur rayonnement à l'époque de leur apparition. Cela contribue à proposer une vision historique de l'écosystème des entreprises sociales, indiquant aussi que la multiplication d'une forme organisationnelle ne garantit pas pour autant que celle-ci puisse perdurer dans le temps. L'étude des propositions de loi portant sur les communautés de travail nous a ensuite menés à mettre en avant une définition large des bénéficiaires des communautés de travail, montrant que pour ce type spécifique d'organisation la question des bénéficiaires se posait différemment que dans d'autres organisations.
