Abstract

Portée par croissance moyenne de 13% ces dix dernières années, Naos est une entreprise classée parmi les leaders du marché du Skincare (soins de la peau) avec ses trois marques à succès : Bioderma, Institut Esthederm et Etat Pur. Rattachée à la Direction Industrie et Supply Chain, la Direction Achats de Naos souhaite poursuivre sa transformation digitale entamée en 2017. Elle s'intéresse tout particulièrement à la notion d'acheteur augmenté, voulant comprendre les opportunités et risques encourus à orienter sa stratégie de digitalisation vers davantage d'intelligence artificielle analytique. Le directeur des Achats constitue alors une équipe chargée de ces questions, qui conduit le projet « Acheteur augmenté » selon la méthode agile Scrum.
