Abstract

The article looks at the crucial influence of regulation in the process of moving towards a circular economy, with a particular focus on the packaging and packaging waste sectors in the automotive industry. The analysis examines how current and emerging regulations are shaping industry practices and encouraging the adoption of more sustainable models in packaging management, thereby contributing to the move towards a circular economy.
