Abstract

Dans un contexte de globalisation, les plateformes numériques américaines tentent de se faire une place sur le marché indien en pleine croissance. À partir du cas des industries de la culture, cet entretien revient sur leurs différentes stratégies d'adaptation et d'investissement sur le plan industriel, économique et technologique. Il est également question des rapports d'influence, de pouvoir et d'hégémonie que suscitent ces plateformes dans l'industrie cinématographique et, plus largement, des transformations de l'économie indienne auxquelles les acteurs du numérique concourent.
