Abstract

The slideshow of the presentation held at the Public Economic Theory Conference (PET Conference) in Lyon (France) on a working paper related to the competitive impacts of Green Public Procurement (GPP). Our work combines a theoretical model (with endogenous entry and bidimensional bids) and econometric analysis to check if green clauses and criteria in public contracts have an impact on the number of offers made by firms.
