Abstract

Que fait notre organisation pour répondre aux enjeux sociétaux ? Pourquoi et comment créer des partenariats (entreprises-association-collectivité) pour initier des innovations environnementales, sociales et/ou territoriales\>? Pourquoi et comment formaliser et sécuriser juridiquement nos pratiques responsables ? Comment sommes-nous engagés dans notre organisation ? Pourquoi et comment insuffler une culture de management de l'erreur, prendre en compte la vulnérabilité des salariés et encourager leur engagement responsable ? Pourquoi notre organisation existe-t-elle ? Comment définir et partager la raison d'être de notre organisation ? Enrichir la réflexion stratégique et les actions concrètes en entreprise pour renforcer les démarches innovantes et responsables des PME et TPE, parfois moins bien outillées compte tenu de leur taille, tel est l'objectif de cet ouvrage.
