Abstract

The "Service Design" experimentation implemented as part of the NCU@SPIRE project at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc serves as a true catalyst for the systemic approach, generating the following induced effects: - Facilitating encounters between different professional profiles on the same theme and with a common goal: student success. - Providing meaning and avoiding injunctions: defining needs collectively for the collective's common goal to be achieved by the collective. - Valuing the engagement and expertise of staff in this organizational transformation and supporting initiatives: highlighting actions noted by staff and currently being considered or implemented. - Valuing and reinforcing actions proposed by the NCU@SPIRE project team to policymakers, teachers, or services to facilitate their implementation.
