Abstract

L'Axe transversal Genre, Décisions, Organisations a pour vocation de permettre aux chercheuses et chercheurs de DRM d'échanger autour des questions de genre, qu'il s'agisse de la place des femmes dans la carrière académique ou de projets de recherche autour du genre. Il rassemble des collègues de différentes disciplines de la gestion (finance, entrepreneuriat, organisation, marketing…), offrant ainsi un vaste champ d'expertises et de thématiques.L'Axe GDO se réunit 4 fois par an pour des séminaires de recherche et organise ponctuellement des événements ouverts aux collègues d'autres disciplines
